2011 WRAP UP (JUST BLAZE BEAT)
MERRY X MAS & A HAPPY 2012 FROM MYSELF AND THABROTHERZ!!!!
THE CONCEPT BEHIND “CLIMBING HILLS” MUSIC VIDEO!
About 3 months ago, me and my team (ThaBrotherz) decided we wanted to create a music video that exposes everyone we’ve connected with in the Melbourne urban music scene since we came here 4 years ago.
Our goal was to give the public a glimpse of the lives of these talented artists who struggle on a constant basis to turn what they love doing into a fulfilling, profitable career, I’m sure anyone with a long term vision can relate to that, I hope this song adds fuel to your fire!
This music game is far from what the illusion of commercial video’s project, there’s more sacrificing than partying going on behind the scenes, but this is what we do and we love it.
I hope this plays a part in bridging the division in the Australian hip hop scene too, nuff of the negativity and all the mcee’s with big ego’s need to stop hating their competition, let’s take hip hop in this country to the world stage…..in the end we all win!
One Love.

NEW SINGLE “FEELING GOOD” FROM MY ‘CLIMBING HILLS EP’! Getting spins Australia wide!
This is my latest music video drop, it was shot at the crib of Melbourne rapper Leegit from the Midnight Malitia rap crew. Video was produced & directed by ThaBrotherz & co-directed by Paul Le (Parales Styling). Big thanks to everyone that turned up & gave it that feel good positive vibe that the song deserved, plenty more to come!
Welcome to my official website
Merry x mas & a happy new year to you all, wish you nothing but love and prosperity in this new year. 2011 is going to be one hell of a year for me, I have a number of projects in the works, the first of those though is the official release of my EP “Climbing Hills”, looks like March is the month for this release. Expect 6 tracks of raw hip hop, remember when hip hop sounded good, well that’s what this EP will sound like, nothing, but quality swear to god!
2010 highs & lows
What a weird year it was, here are my highs and lows!
HIGHS: Humidity dropped our first release “Humidity Entertainment Compilation”, got mass love & support after dropping “Green & Gold - THE MIXTAPE” last March, 5000+ downloads and still counting.
Dropped 3 solo music video’s on youtube 1. Little bit of your Touch 2. Good Christians 3. Return Of The King Hit, as well as featuring on ThaBrotherz gem “One Time” and Humidity’s “Til the morning” video’s.
Supported Chingy in Darwin with ThaBrotherz, DVS & E Double D, supported Bone Thugs in Adelaide, Hot Rod (G-Unit) in Melbourne and performed all over Melbourne circuit, as well as Sydney, Adelaide and Darwin.
Working on my EP & Album with ThaBrotherz has been a fucking joy, these guys are multi-talented individuals and major technology geeks, Jordan’s a grown arse man and still collects transformers, funny bastard!
All the other artists and music industry cats I’ve met along the way have opened my eyes up to the size of the game and the talent out here in Australia, too many to thank, but it’s a pleasure to have been in the presence of all of ya!
LOWS: Income, sacrifice, flying tiger airlines, Chingy not showing up to Melbourne show, every hour spent at my day job, lost some good friends, speeding tickets, I really can’t think of too many I guess I can’t complain about too much yet, early days!

Emerald Sun released his Green & Gold – The Mixtape hosted by DJ Skillz , under Indie Label Humidity Entertainment now know as Humidity Music, which generated a big internet buzz, using merely Youtube, Facebook & Myspace as promotional tools.
Influenced from the likes of Will Smith, N.W.A., Tupac , Talib Kweli and Scribe, Emerald Sun manages to embody his own style, whilst staying relevant to the surroundings around him. His sound is largely unfretted and raw, whilst still maintaining his lyrical prowess as a songwriter.

Together with friends/label partners/ producers Adam & Jordan Sutardy of ThaBrotherz they have dedicated their time and efforts rather than their budgets and have been one of the early group of artist to utilize this new trend of self-made music video’s to build a fan base from the ground up.
